These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Saver and its website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Saver you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Saver is a browser-based tool that helps developers generate App Store and Google Play screenshot assets. Core image processing runs entirely in your browser — no images are transmitted to our servers.
2. Accounts and Plans
Saver currently operates without mandatory account creation. Usage limits for the free plan are enforced via your browser's local storage. When paid plans are available, access to paid features will be granted upon successful payment via Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Saver to process illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated scripts to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
- Resell access to the Service without written permission
- Use the AI generation features to produce content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
4. Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain full ownership of all screenshots and images you process with Saver. We claim no rights over your content.
AI-generated content
Captions and suggestions generated by Saver's AI features are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. We make no warranty about the originality, accuracy, or suitability of AI output.
Our intellectual property
The Saver name, logo, interface, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
When paid plans are available:
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Stripe's Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the first charge if the Service did not work as described. Contact us at legal@saverapp.io
- Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
6. Third-Party AI Services
Saver's AI features are powered by Google Gemini and/or Groq. When you use AI generation, the text description you enter is sent to these third-party providers. Use of AI features is subject to their respective terms:
Do not enter confidential information, personal data, or trade secrets into the AI description field.
7. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep Saver available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- App Store or Google Play rejections based on assets generated with Saver
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Saver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet App Store or Google Play requirements, which change at Apple's and Google's discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
